The night before I ate WAY to much ice cream and then did oil pulling with Coconut oil.
Day 1
I woke up with a headache/ light migraine. I wasn't surprised. I did Coconut oil pulling again this morning anyways after I nursed, before I ate anything.
Today has been hard. Emotionally I am drained BUT I did it! I made it through day one. No added sugar and no sugar substitutes.
I am getting ready to go to bed and all I want is something sweet. Instead I had oatmeal and cinnamon on top. It filled me up. I can do this!

I keep thinking of the positives and how good I'm going to feel in a week
