Day 3

+'s: I woke up and felt refreshed
Tired at night- able to go to sleep faster
Already feeling better overall
Haven't had much cravings- just hard not to reach for something unhealthy and quick at night

-'s: Still have some leg cramps
Have felt slightly nauseous at times still

The Diet Day 2

So today I ate queso cheese, I'm not suppose to but I did.. oops.

+'s:
Headache is gone!
Sinuses are good.
Feel asleep fast last night

-'s:
I'm hungry... hoping this doesn't affect me nursing...
Sweating on and off
My legs and back have been cramping :(.   Not sure if its from no sugar or zumba..but I haven't been this uncomfortable in the past from Zumba

The "Diet"

The night before I ate WAY to much ice cream and then did oil pulling with Coconut oil.

Day 1
I woke up with a headache/ light migraine.  I wasn't surprised. I did Coconut oil pulling again this morning anyways after I nursed, before I ate anything.
Today has been hard.  Emotionally I am drained BUT I did it!  I made it through day one. No added sugar and no sugar substitutes. 
I am getting ready to go to bed and all I want is something sweet.  Instead I had oatmeal and cinnamon on top. It filled me up.  I can do this!

All day headache and light migraine
Sweating a lot
Neck is starting to get stiff

+'s:
I proved to myself that I can do this diet once again.
I keep thinking of the positives and how good I'm going to feel in a week
